1. Overview and business identity

Welcome to Dwellviro. The website at dwellviro.com (the “Site”) is operated by Shaanxi Diyashi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” “Dwellviro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Company is the seller of record for purchases made through the Site and is responsible for order processing, customer service, returns, refunds, and other transactions conducted through the Site. “Dwellviro” is the store brand; the Company is responsible for sales, order processing, customer service, returns, and refunds.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Notice, which are available on the Site. If a specific product listing or a policy provides additional terms relevant to your order, those terms also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. When you place an order, you agree to the Terms and policies presented to you at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc.'s commerce platform. Shopify provides the technical platform; the Company is the seller identified above.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law, to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to describe products, prices, options, and availability accurately. Product colors may appear different on different screens. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with the correct information and give you the choice to proceed where lawful or receive a refund for the affected item. We do not use this section to exclude responsibility for inaccurate descriptions or other rights available under consumer law.

Products and offers are subject to availability. We may set reasonable quantity limits, discontinue products, or decline orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. If we cannot fulfill an item for which you have paid, we will notify you and provide a refund for the unfulfilled item in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Before submitting an order, please review your items, shipping address, shipping charges, taxes, and total price shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not by itself guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the affected items and any related charges that must be refunded by law.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change for future orders. The price and mandatory charges applicable to your order are those presented to you before you complete checkout, except where we contact you about a clear error and obtain your agreement before proceeding. Any shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us will be shown before payment. Any customs duties or import charges that may be payable separately will be disclosed where required by applicable law; we will not add undisclosed charges to a completed order.

Payments are handled through the payment options made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment service providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. For destinations served by our standard shipping option, delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is US39; orders of US$39 or more qualify for free standard shipping to those destinations. Destination restrictions, shipping costs, tracking, and procedures for delayed or missing parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly state otherwise. If we cannot dispatch within a promised time, we will inform you and offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. We will review reports of delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders; we do not automatically reject a claim solely because a carrier marks a parcel as delivered.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may notify us of a change-of-mind return for an eligible product within 14 calendar days after delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation or return, eligibility requirements, who pays return shipping, where an approved return should be sent, and when and how refunds are issued. Please contact service@dwellviro.com with your order number if you need help. Do not send an item to the Company's registered address unless we specifically instruct you to do so; the appropriate return destination may be different.

The Return and Refund Policy does not reduce any mandatory rights you may have for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, or any statutory right to cancel an online purchase that applies in your location. If a provision of that policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule, the mandatory rule takes precedence.

7. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may send transactional messages about your order, delivery, account, or customer service request. Marketing messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law, and you can use the unsubscribe method provided in them. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site's text, graphics, product images, logos, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site, subject to our Privacy Notice and applicable law. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the Site, but we do not promise to monitor every submission.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site may include services, tools, or links provided by third parties, such as payment providers, delivery carriers, or external websites. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites. This section does not remove our obligations as the seller of products purchased directly from Dwellviro.

11. Site availability and liability

We work to keep the Site available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by your misuse of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury or death where exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects the remedies available to you if the goods we supply do not meet applicable legal standards.

12. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site, its products, and these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will identify the current version. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively after they are posted, unless a different effective date is stated or applicable law requires notice or consent. The version presented when you placed an order will govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or you agree to it. Continued use of the Site after a valid update means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

13. Disputes and applicable law

Please contact service@dwellviro.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be displaced. Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here requires you to waive a right to seek a remedy in a court or forum that applicable consumer law makes available to you.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, the policies linked from the Site, and any terms expressly presented for a specific product or promotion form the agreement relevant to your use of the Site and purchases, subject always to mandatory law. If terms conflict, the more specific terms presented for the relevant order apply, unless doing so would reduce a mandatory consumer right.
