Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, the order, and the payment provider. Please select a method shown on the checkout page; a payment logo or description elsewhere on the website does not guarantee that a method is available for every purchase.
If PayPal is offered at checkout, you can select it and follow PayPal's instructions. PayPal may offer an option to pay by eligible debit or credit card without a PayPal account. Prices and payment confirmation
Before you submit your order, checkout will display the applicable currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and the total amount payable. Orders of US$39 or more qualify for free standard shipping to destinations served by that option; any geographic restrictions or exclusions are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Review these details and your billing and delivery information before authorizing payment. We will not add an undisclosed charge to a completed order. Any customs duty, import tax, or carrier clearance charge that may be payable separately is described in our Shipping Policy and disclosed as required by applicable law.
Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees. Please check with that provider if you need information about charges it applies separately. If a payment is declined or does not complete, follow the message shown at checkout or contact your payment provider. An order is not confirmed merely because you attempted to pay; after a successful checkout, you should receive an order confirmation. If you are unsure whether an order was placed, contact us before submitting it again so we can help check for a duplicate order.
How payment information is handled
Our store uses Shopify's checkout platform. Payment details are submitted through the payment service selected at checkout and are processed according to that provider's terms and privacy notice. We receive information needed to manage your purchase, such as payment status, payment method, and limited transaction details. We do not ask you to send your full card number, card security code, or account password by email or customer service message.
Shopify provides secure connections for its storefront and checkout services. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under our control, while payment providers apply their own security controls. Cancellations, refunds, and payment concerns
To request a cancellation, email service@dwellviro.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched and can still be stopped, our Return and Refund Policy provides for a full refund, including shipping charges paid to us for that order. For an accepted cancellation before dispatch, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after confirming cancellation.
You may request a return of an eligible product within 14 calendar days after delivery. For an approved return refund, we initiate payment to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and assessed, or sooner if applicable law requires. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you see a charge you do not recognize, a possible duplicate charge, or a suspicious payment message, contact service@dwellviro.com with your order number if you have one and a description of the issue. Contact your bank or payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method. Please do not email us your full card number or security code. We will review payment and order issues and cooperate with the applicable payment provider as appropriate; nothing on this page limits your rights under applicable law or your payment provider's dispute process.
