1. About Dwellviro and these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern purchases from and use of dwellviro.com (the "Site"). Dwellviro is the store brand. The Site is owned and operated by Shaanxi Diyashi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company is the seller of record for purchases through the Site and is responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer support, and handling cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Please read these Terms together with the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment & Security, and Privacy Notice available on the Site. These Terms apply when you use the Site or place an order, to the extent an agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

The specific product information and charges shown for your order at checkout govern that order. Where a published policy addresses a particular subject in more detail, that policy applies to that subject. Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to do so in your location, or the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law permits. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or infringe another person's rights. We may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud or address a security concern, subject to applicable law and without removing your rights in an existing order.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe products, prices, options, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance can vary with device displays. Please read the product description, selected options, and any product-specific conditions before ordering.

Products are subject to availability. We may set reasonable quantity limits or decline an order because of unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to deliver to the selected address. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and offer the choice to proceed on corrected terms where lawful or receive a refund for the affected item. If we cannot fulfill an item already paid for, we will notify you and refund the relevant amount in accordance with applicable law.

4. Placing an order

Before submitting an order, review your cart, product options, delivery details, shipping method, taxes, discounts, and total payable. When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items at the terms presented at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee that we can fulfill it. We will notify you if we cannot accept or fulfill an order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the amount charged for the unfulfilled items and any related charges required to be refunded by law.

Please contact service@dwellviro.com promptly if you need to correct an order or delivery address. We will try to help before fulfillment, but a change may not be possible once processing has advanced or a parcel has been dispatched. Your statutory rights and our Return and Refund Policy continue to apply.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The total payable, including shipping charges and any taxes collected by us, is shown before you authorize payment. For destinations served by our standard shipping option, standard shipping is US39, unless a different rate is displayed before payment. Orders of US$39 or more qualify for free standard shipping to those destinations. Any geographic restrictions or exclusions will be shown at checkout before payment. We will not add an undisclosed charge to a completed order.

Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges may be payable separately depending on the destination. See our Shipping Policy for details. Your payment provider may also apply its own currency conversion rate or fees.

You may pay using the methods offered for your order at checkout. Availability can vary by location and payment provider. Payment services process transactions under their own terms and privacy notices. Our Payment & Security page explains payment handling and what to do if you notice a payment issue. Never email us a full card number or card security code.

6. Processing, shipping, and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. For eligible standard-shipping destinations, delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Business days for processing are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Different product preparation times or delivery estimates will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout where relevant. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders may ship from our own or partner facilities, including facilities outside your country. We provide shipping updates and tracking information when available. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, email service@dwellviro.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide the options required by our Shipping Policy and applicable law; a carrier's "Delivered" status alone does not automatically close a claim.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will inform you and provide the choice or remedy required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. Our Shipping Policy contains the full destination, fee, tracking, and delivery terms.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Email service@dwellviro.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If the order has not been dispatched and can still be stopped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including the shipping charge paid to us for that order. Once dispatched, the order may instead be handled through our return process or any applicable statutory cancellation right.

You may notify us of a change-of-mind return for an eligible product within 14 calendar days after delivery and should send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law provides a different period. Contact us for the correct return destination; do not send returns to our registered business address unless we instruct you to do so. Product-specific lawful exceptions, return shipping costs, and remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing goods are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. We do not charge a restocking fee, and our policy for return postage is set out there.

We initiate an approved return refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and assessed, or sooner when applicable law requires. For an accepted cancellation before dispatch, we initiate the full refund within 5 business days after confirming cancellation. The payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Nothing here shortens a longer statutory return period or reduces a legal remedy for goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered.

8. Accounts, privacy, and communications

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may contact you about an order, delivery, account, return, or customer service request using the details you provide. We send marketing messages only as permitted by applicable law and your choices. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared, including information processed by Shopify and payment providers.

9. Site content and customer submissions

The Site's brand, text, images, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company or relevant rightsholders. You may use the Site and its content for personal shopping and lawful reference, but may not commercially reproduce or exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.

If you submit a review, image, or comment, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it in connection with operating and promoting Dwellviro, subject to our Privacy Notice and applicable law. We may remove unlawful or misleading material; we do not prohibit honest negative reviews.

10. Third-party services and website availability

The Site uses Shopify's commerce platform and may link to independent payment, delivery, or other third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or control independent third-party websites. This section does not remove our obligations as the seller of goods purchased directly from Dwellviro.

11. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We will perform our obligations with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your unlawful misuse of the Site. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your legal remedies for defective, misdescribed, delayed, or undelivered goods remain available.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Terms with an updated “Last Updated” date and give additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Changes apply to future use and orders after they take effect. The terms presented when you placed an order govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or you agree to it.

13. Disputes and governing law

Please email service@dwellviro.com with your order number and concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be displaced. A dispute may be brought before a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove access to a remedy that applicable law provides.

14. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. The Terms, relevant published policies, product information, and terms expressly presented for your order form the agreement for that order, always subject to mandatory law.
